Zdravím, tiež som mala modriny. po zahojení po týždni asi tak ... som išla na to inak .. POSTUPNE !!!, minutu denne a po minutách pridávala každý deň, telo som si omotala bedrovým pásom z neoprenu, aby som pochránila telo pred modrinami... HULA HOOP je super ! hanka
