Dobry den, dnes som si z Vasej predajne doniesol uz druhy kus tohto telefonu. Telefon je dual sim, pricom zasuvka, ktora podporuje 3g siet nenacita sim kartu (O2 original nano sim). Pri vlozeni sim karty do zasuvky, ktora podporuje 2g siet, telefon funguje. Tento problem sa zopakoval opat pri vymene telefonu za novy kus. Sim kartu pritom bez problemov nacitaju ine telefony. Kedze ju vsak htc desire 728g vobec nenacita (nepyta ani PIN kod), chcem sa opytat, ci problem mozem vyriesit zmenou nastaveni? Je mozne, ze som len narazil na chybnu seriu tohto telefonu v alze?

zkuste tovární nastavení, případně reklamaci na pobočce. Pokud to dělá i 2 kus doporučil bych výměnu za jiný typ.
