koupila jsem si u vás notebook, číslo objednávky je 142727378. Přeinstalovala jsem si OS a nejde mi zadat správné product key, které jsem si před tím zjišťovala v systému.
Mohla bych vás poprosit o zaslání správného product key k mému OS?

Bohužel my jako prodejnce nijak nevedeme licence k Windows. Vše je uloženo na recovery partition v pevném disku notebooku.
