Dobrý den,
při pokusu o oboustranný tisk tiskárna vytiskla přední strany, pak si vyžádala vložení vytištěných stránek do zásobníku 1 a následně tiskla zadní strany. To umí ale každá jiný tiskárna, která nemá ve specifikaci Duplex. Je to mým špatným nastavením, nebo je parametr v popisu zavádějící?

Dobrý deň, mám tento typ tlačiarne HP laserjet 4002dn, v popise je uvedené, že podporuje duplexnú, teda obojstrannú tlač. Po nainštalovaní patričného ovládača tlačiaren netlačí duplexne. Je chybný ovládač alebo tlačiaren? Ďakujem.

Dobrý den, ano, tiskárna má duplexní tisk; pokud tiskárna po instalaci ovladače a nastavení oboustranného tisku netiskne oboustranně, bude bohužel pravděpodobně jednotka vadná.
