Dobrý den,
přibližně před rokem jsem u Vás zakoupil toto zvýhodněné balení tonerů HP 83a. Bohužel došlo k omylu a nebyly přimo k naší tiskárně. Otevřený byl pouze jeden. Chci se zeptat, zda je otevřený toner funkčí i po tak dlouhé době, nebo došlo k jeho "vyschnutí". Máme na ně totiž poptávku a rád bych se jich zbalil, abych mohl alespoň částečně umořit pochybení.

Dobrý den,
pokud byl toner pouze rozbalen a je stále zajištěn ochranným páskem, tak by nemělo dojít k jeho opotřebení. Pokud však byly odebrány veškeré ochranné prvky, tak nelze zaručit stejnou kvalitu tisku jako u zapečetěného toneru.
