Dobrý den, kde přesně se má na šperku nacházet diamant? Koupil jsem jako dárek ten ve tvaru srdce, ale při vší úctě žádný diamant na něm nikde nevidím. Podle popisků měl být šperk osazen diamantem.

No, ono se jedná o klasický příklad "diamantových" šperků firmy Hot Diamonds, kdy do svých šperků vždy umístí jeden miniaturní diamant, na kterém poté staví prezentaci šperku. Bohužel se vždy jedná o sotva viditelný kamínek o váze 0,0025ct (což je pouhých 0,005g) (!) - viz info na jejich webových stránkách. Takže radím, vezměte do ruky lupu a diamant ve šperku objevíte ;-)

Dobrý den. Díky za odpověď. Šperk jsem obdržel správný, ale v daném místě se žádný diamant nenacházel. Pouze prázdné místo. Obratem jsem jej proto druhý den reklamoval.
