prosím informaci co znamená pojem " 5 let resp. 11 let záruka po registraci " . Je uvedeno např. u praček Hoover. Co to vše obnáší , co je potřeba udělat a je-li to zpoplatněno . Na Vašich stránkách jsem vysvětlení nenašel.
