Dobrý den, používám tento napěňovač už rok a přestal mléko napěňovat. Mám tam spirálu jako vždy a výsledek je jen horké mléko. Kde může být chyba? Děkuji

Dobrý den,
sice jsem trochu zmatena, proč mi váš dotaz přišel e-mailem k odpovědi, když jsem také jen zákazník, ale zkuste jinak nasadit “napěňovací sponu”. Jednou jsem ji při čištění zatlačila dále, než má být a také se přestalo napěňovat.
