ne kamera má napájení pouze skrze lan kabel. ( funkce PoE ) K jejímu provozu je nutné mít záznamové zařízení jenž touto funkcí disponuje a nebo tzv. PoE injektor jenž se stará o napájení kamer a až ten má svůj vlastní adaptér do sítě.
