Dobrý den, prosím o radu ohledně hračky Hatchimals Bloomables Poupě s překvapením koťátka. Mame ji od Vánoc a nyní nelze spustit od začátku procesu. Kdyz přiložíme konvičku, tak to vydává všechny možné zvuky, ale neni slyšet zvuk vody, který byl vždy na začátku, než se kytka otevřela.
