Dobrý den. Kam se umisťuje uhlí. Ohniště je z listiny. Tedy se umístí nahoru pod rošt nebo dolů do soudku, kde je regulace přístupu vzduchu. Promiňte za dotaz,ale nemám zkušenost s grilovanim.
