Dobry den, mam dotaz je normalne, ze ta rura sa sama od seba zapina, vypina, rozsvecuje a nahrieva? Robi to 24 hodin nonstop v nepravidelnych intervaloch. Čo s tym treba robiť?

dobrý den, trouba je parní, jakože má funkci parní pečení ? nebo jen parní čištění. A má také program kynutí těsta? děkuji

Dobrý den,
trouba má technologii Steam Plus – tradiční pečení (topná tělesa) + vstřikování páry. Kombinace tradičního pečení a přímé vstřikování páry. Vodní nádržka na vodu o objemu 1 litr.
Trouba má také parní čištění.
Přímo program na kynutí těsta trouba nemá.

Min/Max teplota (°C): 30°C-250°C , program Pizza až max. 300°C.
Je tedy možné využít nižší teploty 30-50 stupňů na kynutí těsta.
