Bruska Graef CX 125 není vhodná pro broušení keramických nožů.
I když je tato bruska vybavena diamantovými kotouči, které jsou obecně velmi tvrdé, keramika je ještě tvrdší. Použití diamantového kotouče na keramický nůž by mohlo vést k poškození jak kotouče, tak i samotného nože.
