Dobrý deň, moja doska má neprimerané "zvuky" pripomínajúce až zváranie. Je to od samotnej kúpy. Prisudzovala som to starším hrncom. Teraz mám nové, skoro v cene dosky, ale zvuk je stále nepríjemný. (hrnce sú odskúšané na inej doske a tam je všetko ticho) Chcem doku reklamovať, ale máte len spôsob vybavenia doručenie do alzy. Nieje nejaký spôsob napríklad návštevy technika? Nerada by som mala pred vianocami 30 dní dieru po doske v linke. A 30 dni nemožnosť variť. Je niečo také možné? Ďakujem
