Dobrý den.
Na zakoupeném mobilním telefonu GIGABYTE GS SMART ESSENCE BLACK DUAL SIM (č.obj. 159434206) nelze vyhledat některé WIFI sítě. A zrovna nefunguje naše domácí síť.
Nedostal jsem k telefonu ani žádný návod k použití a na internetu se mi ho taky nepodařilo najít.
Chtěl bych Vás požádat o zaslání návodu k použití ; případně poradit s problémem připojení k WIFI a případně zjistit možnost vrácení zboží (mám ke zboží pojištění na 1 rok poškození a krádež)_dostanu zpět úplnou částku?

S tímhle Vám návod nepomůže. K telefonu je jen příručka pro rychlé nastavení a tam to není. Doporučujeme kontaktovat technickou podporu výrobce. Podpora je na External Link
