Nevím čím to je, ale při stahování dat nebo přehrávání filmů u CPU pískají, cvakají cívky. Při zátěži je klid. Deska osazena CPU i9-9900K. Má někdo podobné zkušenosti s touto deskou? Je to důvod k reklamaci?

Tak to bylo CPU. Vyměnil jsem jej za i3-8300 a je klid.
