Příčin může být více. Máte připojený dongle v počítači/notebooku a správně stažené ovladače? Zkuste případně vložit dongle do jiného portu a načíst znovu ovladače. Máte správně vložené baterie do klávesnice a jsou nabité? Zkuste případně s novými bateriemi.
