Zakoupil jsem si tuto klávesnici pro můj notebook s Win 10. Po připojení se objeví chyba "Zařizení USB nebylo rozpoznáno".
Ve správci zařízení to píše "Požadavek popisovače zařízení selhal".

děkuji za Váš dotaz.V případě že potíže přetrvávají,doporučuji vyzkoušet zapojit klávesnici na jiném notebooku.Kde si ověříte zda se jedná o chybu klávesnice ,popřípadě notebooku.Pokud klávesnice nepůjde i na jiném PC,tento produkt prosím reklamujte..
