dobrý den, myš je duální a umožňuje připojení jak přes bluetooth, tak přes 2,4GHz. Zkontrolujte prosím, zda máte myš správně spárovanou a správně přepnutou. Doporučuju také zkontrolovat stav baterie a případně ji dobít.
