Koupil jsem tuto bezdrátovou myš s USB-C portem, ale nefunguje mi ani na notebooku HP ani na Asus, na obou Windows 11 Home. Předpokládal jsem, že je zařízení Plug and Play. Nebo je nutné někde něco nastavit?

dobrý den, ano. zařízení je plug and play. ovladač by se měl stáhnout automaticky. zkontrolujte baterie nebo správné zapnutí myši.
