Co se týče hlučnosti grafické karty GAINWARD GeForce RTX 5070 Ti Phoenix 16G, recenze ukazují, že karta má tříventilátorové chlazení CYCLONE a podporuje semi-pasivní režim (Zero RPM Fan) – tedy při nízké zátěži se ventilátory zcela zastaví, takže je v těchto chvílích zcela tichá. Při běžném provozu nebo nízkých otáčkách nebylo v recenzích zaznamenáno výrazné bzučení nebo nadměrná hlučnost.
