Dobrý den,
mixér jsem konečně pořídila, mixuje době, ale strašně smrdí plastem. S žádným jiným mixérem se mi to nestálo. Předpokládám, že důvodem je plastová ozubená kolečka co se dřou o sebe ( od základny nádoby a jednotky motoru). Může to být výrobní vada? Třeba příliš malá/velká mezera mezi kolečkama?

Občas se může stát, že motor lehce zapáchá, než se zajede, tedy pár prvních použití. Nevím, kolikrát jste již mixér využila, nicméně po několika použití by se měl zápach výrazně snížit, respektive zmizet. Pokud bude zápach stále silný, doporučil bych obrátit se na naší pobočku, kde s Vámi věc proberou. Hezký den
