Fujitsu tento rok ukončilo prodej notebooků na Evropském trhu, nabídka je již velmi omezená, na Českém trhu jsou poslední kusy.
Výměnu bez ztráty záruky je nutné provést u servisních partnerů Fujitsu, kterými jsou CDC a Atos.
