kartáček je na 1x AAA baterii, nabíjet bohužel nelze.

Dobrý den, před Vánocemi jsem u Vás zakoupila toto zboží - foreo luna play plus. Funguje, ale pouze s baterii, která byla součástí zboží. Když baterku vyndám a použiji jinou AAA baterii, foreo nefunguje. Zkoušela jsem baterie od různých výrobců, ale marně. Můj dotaz tedy zní: K foreu potřebuji nějaké speciální baterie a nebo mám vadný kus a mám ho reklamovat? Nevím, kde je problém. Předem děkuji za odpověď. Hezký den :)

Mělo by se jednat o standardní baterii AAA. Pokud jste jich vyzkoušela více a přístroj nefungoval, tak bych Vám doporučil produkt reklamovat.
