Proč řidičák vždyť je to kolo. Není to elektroskútr ten registraci potažmo registrační značku potřebuje,
Pokud chceš jezdit s elektrokolem po silnici musíš dovybavit dle vyhlášky vpředu a zadu světlem, lapači nečistot a odrazkami. Pak můžeš vyrazit.
