Dobrý den, objednala jsem si u vás tento ring a mám ho na mobilu cca půl roku. Z ničeho nic se ale začal kroužek povolovat a celá ta část, do které patří prst se hýbe a nedrží tak pevně, jako na začátku. Nevíte, co by s tím šlo dělat?
