Dobrý den, sluchátka nedisponují žádným stupněm krytí. Přeji hezký den.

Dobrý den, dnes jsem koupil tato sluchátka úplně nová. Levé skoro není slyšet, právě řve i na nejnižší hlasitost tak, že to trhá uši. Existuje nějaké jiné řešení, než to, že to půjdu okamžitě reklamovat? Děkuji.
