Nelze aktivovat. Doručen byl pouze PIN bez 19 místního redemption kódu. Mohu poprosit o zaslání?

Dobrý den, zakoupil jsem hodinky Sense a v sekci licence se mi objeví pouze PIN. Nicméně pro vyplnění potřebuji:Enter your 19-digit redemption code here? Ten však nikde nemohu nalézt. Můžete mi potadit?
