Zásielka tohto tvaru je zložená z 2 balíkov. Balík 1 (1 box of 2) dom dostal, balík 2 (2 box of 2) som k dnešnému dňu nedostal !!! Od 3.1.2020 prebieha ping-pong medzi nami o tom že ten balík nebol vôbec expedovaný zo skladu Alzy. Komunikácia s Alzou katastrofa.

Zasilka je slozena za 2 boxu, 1 box of 2, ten jsem dostal a druhy box jsem nedostal. To jsem zjistil az dnes, kdyz jsem to chtel smontovat. Zadam proto o doruceni chybejiciho druheho boxu (bude na nem zrejme napsano "2 box of 2").
Zkousel jsem "reklamaci" ale takova reklamace bud neni mozna, nebo jsem ji nenasel, proto to pisu sem do komentaru.
