Dobrý den, pořídila jsem si tuto sponkovačku a dokoupila si spony EXTOL PREMIUM spony, 6mm, 8852201. Ale bohužel spony sponkovačka nevyrazí. Přitom i na sponkovačce je vyraženo, že je určená pro spony 6-12 mm. V čem může být prosím problém? Děkuji za odpověď.

Dobrý den,
pokud původní spony sponkovačka vyrazila, doporučil bych se podívat jestli ne nezapříčila například spona ve sponkovačce, popřípadě je vyndat a podívat se jestli se neposunula podávací pružina. Pokud by nepomohlo ani jedno, doporučil bych spíše reklamaci.
