Dobrý den, službu musíte mít aktivní u operátora včetně povolených mobilních dat. Telefon si nastavení pro MMS nastaví sám podle operátora.

Dobrý den, lze tento telefon připojit k internetu přes data na SIM a instalovat WhatsApp? Potřebujeme tlačítkový telefon s SOS tlačítkem pro babičku, abychom jí mohli posílat fotky a volat přes WhatsApp. Pokud by to tento neumožňoval, poradíte nám prosím jiný? Děkuji.

Bohužel, telefon nepodporuje instalaci aplikací. Aplikaci WhatsApp tedy nepůjde nainstalovat. Toto bude možné jen na "chytrých" telefonech např. se systémem Android.
