Dobrý den,
pokud máte jen Google Nest Mini, připojení Eve Thermo k Google Home bez dalšího zařízení není možné.
Doporučuji pořídit např. Google Nest Hub (2. generace), který slouží jako Thread Border Router i Matter Controller. Poté můžete ventil ovládat přes Google Home aplikaci nebo hlasem přes Google Assistant.

Nelze jej použít jako žádné jiné zařízení Matter. Je „kompatibilní s Matter“ a nedodává se s kódem Matter. Pro poskytnutí kódu/viditelnosti Matter potřebujete Apple HomeKit. Bez HomeKitu není viditelný pro žádné jiné zařízení s žádným jiným protokolem (HA, Google Home, Alexa / Zigbee, MQTT atd.). HomeKit bridge propojuje HomeAssistant s Apple Homekitem pro import zařízení, ale nepomáhá s počátečním nastavením.
