Dobrý den, pokud nefungoval postup párování dle manuálu, pak se jedná nejspíše o vadný kus. Myš doporučujeme reklamovat.
Dobrý den, bohužel připojení na jeden přijímač není možné. Každé zařízení je párováno samostatně na svůj přijímač s jinou frekvencí. Pokud chcete jeden přijímač, je nutné vybrat set myši a klávesnice. Omlouváme se za komplikace.
