Dobrý den, je třeba brát v potaz, že to není teflonová nepřilnavá pánev. Je to kompromis mezi nerezovou a nepřilnavou pánví. Vajíčko bez oleje se na ní přichytí, ale na masa, steaky, bramboráky, řízky atd. je tato pánev skvělá. Je k tomu prostě třeba takto přistupovat. Takže jídlo se lepí méně než na nerezové pánvi ale více než na teflonové pánvi. Dá se ale udělat křupavější a lépe opečené než na teflonu. Zkuste pánev tzv. vypálit, tím snížíte přichytávání na minimum.
