Dobrý den,
zakoupili jsme si tuto ústní sprchu od zn. ETA a po prvním odzkoušení jsme velice překvapeni z toho, že se tryska samovolně otáčí. Je tohle v pořádku anebo máme vadný kus? Po zkušenosti s jinou značkou jsme předpokládali nějaký způsob fixace.
U této sprchy není možné udržet směr stříkající vody na dané místo.

Dobrý den, tryska po nasazení je otočná, aby šlo nastavit směr. Při používání by se ale samovolně otáčet neměla a není to standardní stav.

Dobrý den, děkuji za odpověď. Je v takovém případě problém v trysce (otáčí se úplně volně) anebo v zařízení, které bych měl pak reklamovat?
