Dobrý den, manželka používá ochrannné sklo a obal na telefonu aby při pádu nedošlo k jeho poškození. Minulý týden ji telefon upadl v kuchyni na dlažbu a došlo k popraskání skla. Otázky: jaké poskytuje výrobce záruku na sklo, když při pádu z výšky cca 1m došlo k jeho poničení? Lze takovýto výrobek reklamovat a pokud ano v jaké stavu jej doručit na prodejnu (s telefonem, bez telefonu s fotodokumentací atd.)? Děkuji za info.
