I recently bought one of these chairs and the back does not tilt. Is there some advice for how to fix this? Or do I need to return it?

By pushing the grey button you can lock (button is pushed in) or unlock (button is outside) the inclination of the backrest.

Dobrý den,
na fotografiích máte dva různé druhy podvozku.. Jeden je stříbrný (chromovaný?) a druhý černý. Každý podvozek má i jiný tvar.. Chtěl bych se zeptat, který tedy nabízíte. Děkuji
