Jedná se o filtr s označením ECFB03 nebo ECFB03ST. Ani jeden z nich ale nevidím tady na Alze v nabídce.

Předpokládám, že přední částí máte na mysli tu výsuvnou část odsavače? Pokud ano, tak v ní filtr není, ta slouží vlastně jen jako "clona" která vzduch odkloní do té hlavní části odsavače.
