Vzájemně propojovat je ideální stejné solární panely. Tedy panely se stejnými technickými parametry, stejným výkonem a od stejného výrobce. Pokud např. propojíme do série dva panely, jeden menší s menším výstupním proudem a druhý panel větší, s větším výstupním proudem, dostanete ze systému max. proud, který bude na úrovni max. proudu menšího panelu.
