Dobrý den,
topítko mi běží už tři dny a stále vydává zápach. Olejová topidla to někdy ze začátku dělají, ale ne takto dlouho.
Ten zápach zmizí nebo mám špatný kus a je třeba ho vyměnit?

Dobrý den,
podle oficiální podpory Duux tento pach postupně slábne při používání a měl by zmizet během několika dní až týdne (u některých uživatelů to trvá 3–7 dní intenzivního provozu). Pokud po 5–7 dnech intenzivního provozu zápach nezeslábne výrazně (nebo se naopak zhorší, začne pálit plast/elektroniku), pak to může být vadný kus. Většina uživatelů olejových topidel Duux hlásí, že po prvním týdnu je to už OK.
