Dobrý den, měla jsem tento problém až po bližším koumání jsem zjistila že dostáváte dva kódy v té jedné kolonce ve hrách na svém účtu alza. Ten druhý je datadisk a první takový dlouhý kód dvaceti znaků bez lomítek je základní hra. Pokud jste ho zadal a nemáte hru v knihovně origin musíte se obrátit na help a podívat se na možná jiná řešení, popřípadě komunikovat s podporou origin pomocí chatu. Zkuste to.
