Verze V2.0 je tišší než jiné verze Phantomu 4 Pro a využívá technologii přenosu OcuSync. Kamera dronu Phantom 4 Pro V2.0 je osazena 1palcovým 20megapixelovým snímačem, který je schopný natáčet 4K/60fps video a pořizovat sekvenční fotografie při 14 snímcích za vteřinu. Konstrukce ze slitin titanu a horčíku zvyšuje tuhost trupu a snižuje hmotnost. Systém FlightAutonomy doplňuje dvojici zadních obrazových čidel a infračervené senzory, Phantom 4 Pro V2.0 tedy vnímá okolí v 5 směrech a je schopen se vyhýbat překážkám ve 4 směrech.
Jedná se o vylepšný model oproti předchozí 4 Pro.
