prosím o informaci, jak je to dodatečným zakoupením tohoto pojištění. Při koupi DJI Mavic 2 Pro běžela lhůta 48h, do kdy jsem si mohl pojištění přes aplikaci zaplatit. Pak to již nebylo možné a DJI to zdůvodňuje tím, že je to pojištění pouze pro nové výrobky. Vy prodáváte samostatné pojištění. Je nějaké omezení, do kdy je možné takové pojištění ke svému dronu DJI pořídit a zaregistrovat? Král

Odpoved prichazi sice pozde, ale treba to nekomu pomuze...
Alza jen preprodava. Je to jen na DJI jestli vam povoli refresh aktivovat nebo ne. Podle jejich pravidel to musite stihnout do 48 hodin. Alza vam s timhle jen tezko pomuze. Btw, myslim, ze je mnohem jednoduzsi si refresh koupit primo na my.dji.com. Aktivace probehne behem nekolika minut. Kdyz si refresh koupite u alzi, musite cekat, az vam z Alzi dorazi aktivacni kod a jestli jste si uz dron aktovoval, tak se do 48 hodin taky nemusite dockat.

7) Use the Combination Stick Command to power on the motors.

9) Move the Inspire up, down, forwards, backwards, left, right and do the clockwise and counterclockwise rotation.
10) Use the remote controller to record several seconds of video and use the Playback button to check the recording.
11) Hover the aircraft at a high altitude, i.e. 20m.
12) Carry out a distance and altitude test, making sure to show the DJI GO app clearly in your shot. In an open space, distance and altitude should reach at least around 200m and 120m respectively.
13) Test aircraft landing gear by lowering it until the landing gear lowers automatically. Skip this step if using Phantom 3 series product.

If you want to purchase DJI Care for your aircraft which is activated over 48 hours, you can take the DJI Care video verification. To accomplish the video verification, please follow the guide below:
DJI Care video verification requirements:
1. Show aircraft, remote controller and DJI Go app in the same shot.
2. Shoot your video in a bright and open outdoor area.
3. Ensure video is clear and in focus. DO NOT edit your video.
In the verification video, please shoot the following items in order
1) S/N numbers of your aircraft and gimbal, making sure that both numbers are clearly visible
2) Turn on the remote controller and the battery
3) Enter DJI GO app and calibrate the compass outdoors (open area recommended)
4) Format SD card using the DJI GO app. Make sure it is backed up before formatting.
5) Check the IMU.
6) Demonstrate gimbal pitch movement and rotation by moving it up, down, left and right. If using a Phantom 3 series product, simply tilt up and down.

Dobrý den,
bohužel není, ale je možné zakoupit 1 letou záruku a před jejím koncem prodloužit na 2. rok pomocí Care Refresh Plus.
Ten sice není dostupný zde na Alze, ale třeba zde na oficiálních stránkách DJI se tato služba dá zakoupit: External Linkřeji hezký den.

Vlastne čo znamená ten Refresh?Ten dron mi normálne príde ja si ho odbalim nabijem a už s ním viem lietať ?

Dobrý den,
po dobu 12 měsíců a můžete během něj za příplatek využít až dvě kompletní výměny produktu, pokud byl poškozen při nehodě nebo běžném provozu. Normální záruční lhůta tato rizika nepokrývá. DJI Care Refresh je potřeba aktivovat po 48 hodinách od nákupu dronu.

Refresh Care je predĺžená záruka - "poistenie" na poškodenie (výmena poškodeného dronu za poplatok za nový). Treba aktivovať do 48h od aktivácie dronu, kód príde po zakúpení na email.

Dobrý deň, chcem si aktivovať Care refresh a keď idem do mojich licencií na Alze tak mi to píše že: Aktivačný kód nájdete vytlačený na štítku, ktorý nájdete nalepený na produkte v balení zásielky, alebo v nalepovacie obálke. Ja však nalepovaciu obálku ani kód na obale neviem nájsť viete mi s tým pomôcť? Ďakujem

dosah letu je 8km záleží ale na podmínkách terénu. Výdrž baterie je cca. 25 - 30 min

Tak nakoniec som zistil že aktivačný kód je vlastne "Password" na plastovej kartičke ktorá je v balíčku "Dji care refresh"
