Ne, je to sice dron do 250 g, ale má kameru. Je potřeba se registrovat na External Link jako provozovatel dronu a následně udělat online test na kategorii A1/A3 jako pilot.
K obojímu je potřeba nějaká digitální identita (např. bankovní, Moje ID atp.).
