Je možné nastaviť ak na jednej zásuvke klesne odber napr. pod 5W aby sa ostatné zásuvky vypli ?

Ne, takové možnosti v nastavení zásuvky nejsou.
Samozřejmě lze každý výstup samostatně vypínat/zapínat, používat časovače a další funkce, ale korigovat vypínaní dle odběru nelze.
