I saw on the product page there is a note informing 'The prodcut is localised for CZ'. Could you please explain what are the restrictions of using this laptop, does that mean I can't access some functions when I travel abroad?

Hello, you don't have to worry. The configuration has EN localization (OS and keyboard). The note is just that it comes from CZ distribution. It will work worldwide.
