Z hlediska garance podpory jsou podporovány výrobcem DELL tyto systémy:
• Windows 10/8/7/XP/Vista Server 2003/Server 2008/Server 2012
• Linux 6.x, Ubuntu, Free DOS
• Chrome and Android
• MAC OS
Tedy pracuje skutečně na širokém množství platforem včetně Android TV. Taktéž, pokud má TV Samsung Bluetooth, neměl by být s kompatibilitou problém. Garanci kompatibility lze ovšem potvrdit pouze na uvedené systémy výrobcem výše.
Pokud se nemýlím, Samsung v TV používá Tizen OS, tedy kompatibilitu nelze bezpečně určit.
