Dobrý den, mám problém s připojením externího monitoru Samsung s rozlišením 3840x2160. Obraz je neostrý v maximálním rozlišení 1920x1080..... kde jsem udělal chybu? 🤔

Dobrý den, notebook má HDMI 1.4. Teoreticky by mělo zvládnou až 4K ale jen na 30Hz. V dokumentaci výrobce není uvedeno žádné omezení, ale HDMI může být omezeno na FHD rozlišení, prosím ověřte si to přímo na technické podpoře Dellu na lince 225 772 727 (pře hovorem si připravte sériové číslo/service tag ntb).
