Tento notebook sim si v ALZA kupil v decembri 2017 s trojrocnou NBD zarukou. Dnes som si ho dal rozpoznat na strankach DELL.com a vybehla mi hlaska ze pro zaruka a support mi konci 5 poktobra 2019 a to je menej ako 2 roky!!! Co s tym?

je to pouze jen ověření od Dell přes stránky výrobního čísla. Proto záruka se hlásí že to není ani dva roky. K servisu je třeba dodat fakturu a tím pádem vám to prodlouží podle faktury.
