Kúpili sme tento počítač. Tak ako bolo deklarované, je v ňom nainštalovaný systém Windows 10. Pri snahe nastaviť ďalšie parametre nás systém zaskočil požiadavkou na aktiváciu systému. Pri aktivácii je potrebný Produkt key, ktorý nemáme k dispozícii, ale príslušná licencia sa dá kúpiť.

Ak Alza deklaruje, že počítač má nainštalovaný operačný systém Windows 10, tak je to inštalácia bez licencie alebo to má byť inštalácia vrátane licencie?
Ak je to inštalácia s licenciou, kde získame Produkt key?
